If you're interested in aquatic life then the PADI Underwater Naturalist Specialty course is for you. This course is an introduction to the underwater aquatic environment and will help develop safe and responsible aquatic life interaction techniques.
During your course you'll learn underwater naturalist dive planning, organisation, procedures, techniques and potential problems. You'll also get an overview of the major aquatic life groupings, interactions and factual information that dispels negative myths.
The PADI U/W Naturalist Diver certification counts toward your Master Scuba Diver rating and is run over 2 open water dives with your instructor.

Must be a PADI Open Water Diver

Course Materials with relevant knowledge reviews completed -(these can be picked up from DJL before the course starts)
Proof of previous certification
Once you've become a U/W Naturalist Diver you may wish to take part in the Advanced Open
Water course to show you other forms of diving, maybe Photography if you like nature. If a certain form of diving, such as Underwater Navigation or Night diving, is of interest then maybe focus in on one of our other Specialty Courses, but if you've been seriously bitten by the bug then maybe you would like to join our Master Scuba Diver Program, the pinnacle of recreational SCUBA.
The cost of the U/W Naturalist specialty is 5,500 Baht and is held over one day or spread over two days if preferred
