PADI Underwater Navigation Specialty

When you're underwater, knowing where you are and where you're going comes in handy, especially if you're looking for that beautiful reef that you've heard all about. The PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty course will help you become a pro at finding your way underwater.

During your course you'll learn underwater navigation dive procedures, techniques, planning, organisation and potential problems. You'll also be introduced to natural navigation, underwater patterns, distance estimation and further your compass navigation skills.

The PADI U/W Navigation certification counts toward your Master Scuba Diver rating and is run over 3 open water dives with your instructor.

If a certain form of diving, such as Underwater Naturalist or Night diving, is of interest then maybe focus in on one of our other Specialty Courses, but if you've been seriously bitten by the bug then maybe you would like to join our Master Scuba Diver Program.

Course Costs

The cost of the U/W Navigation specialty is 7,000 Baht and is held over one day or spread over two days if preferred.
