There is no stereotype of what kind of people
join our diving internships - the one thing they all have in common is they are searching for an exciting
and rewarding challenge .Over the years we've enjoyed working with interns from all over the world. This includes people from the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland and France.
Typical
types of people that join our scuba diving internships include:- Pre or post university gap year students .
- People taking a career break or an extended holiday.
- Individuals looking for a new challenge or change of career .
- People wanting to work oversees doing an exciting and rewarding job.
- Anyone seeking an occupation which gives them a 'ticket to travel' .
- People taking early retirement , looking to fill their time with something worthwhile.
We've trained a lot of gap year students but also several ex military personnel, a chef, a few teachers, an electrician, a music industry agent, a mechanical engineer, a computer programmer and even a doctor. It was especially reassuring having a certified doctor onboard each time we went diving!
