Description: This is really two great dive sites next to each other.

Laem Thian is a rocky cape with lots of swimthroughs (which drops off deep)!

From here you can make a one way dive into Mao Bay - a pleasant shallow bay which is less dived than some of Koh Tao's other sites.

Dive Marine Life Highlights: Angel fish, sweetlips, yellowtail barracuda and hawskbill turtles can all be seen around the reef in Mao Bay.

Scuba Reef: Below the rocks at Laem Thian there is a spectacular field of whip corals. Swim into Mao Bay and there is a healthy shallower hard coral reef.
